Do you use cameras or iPads in your photo booths?
We use professional high-resolution DSLR and action cameras to get the best quality photos and videos.
Print or Digital?
Our Open Air Photo Booth includes 2×6 prints. You can add a digital sharing station as an add-on and digitally send the photos/videos to yourself or post them on social media!
What is a Sharing Station?
Good question! A Sharing Station is an iPad station where guests can send themselves photos/videos digitally or post them to social media.
Do you require a deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes, we require a deposit; 50% is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due five (5) days before the event. Deposits are only refundable if canceled within seven (7) days of the event.
How much space do you need for the photo booth?
The ideal space for our classic Open Air Photo Booth is 8×8 ft. for backdrop and photo booth distance.
How much time for set up?
We only require 30 – 90 minutes before the event starts, depending on backdrop needs.
Is there a minimum of hours?
Our photo booth rental starts at 3 hours minimum and no maximum! Party on!
What is a polaroid Scrapbooking station?
A Social Butterfly attendant will capture a polaroid image of your guests and insert them into the guestbook, where they can write a note next to their polaroid—a unique and memorable photo album for your event.
Do I need any special lights or equipment?
We provide all the equipment but require proximity to an electrical outlet. If you have a darker setting, we recommend LED lights, which we offer as an add-on!
Will the Photo Booth be unattended?
No, all of our photo booths come with a Social Butterfly 360 attendant! You just enjoy the event!
What is the Glam Booth?
What many people call the Kardashian glam booth is an add-on filter that smooths the skin and enhances the photos, available in color or black and white for a luxe look!

What is a 360 photo/video booth?
The 360 video booth is a camera that spins 360 degrees around the person(s) standing on a platform. Slow, Fast, or Reverse video effects are available per your request.
How much space is needed?
The ideal space for the 360 Video Booth is 12×12 ft.
How is the video shared?
Videos from the 360 booths are shared digitally through our sharing station, where guests can send themselves photos/videos digitally or post them to social media.
Do I need extra lighting/equipment?
For darker settings, we recommend LED lights, which is included in our 360 Video booth Packages.
What is the choice of background?
You can choose to use your venue or add backdrop(s) for the 360-degree videos.

The difference is that our classic Open Air Photo Booth is a still fixture in front of the people taking the photo with or without a backdrop. The 360 video booth is a platform booth where an action camera rotates around you 360 degrees, capturing videos rather than images. The 360 video booth is famous for capturing motion and engaging guests.
